Patient Information Portal Now Live

At FirstView Eye Care Associates, we are constantly working on ways to enhance the doctor/office/patient relationship. That's why we are excited to announce the introduction of our new Person Health Record information portal. Currently live, our portal allows patients to access various information regarding their eye care directly from their electronic health record.

The information current available via the portal is broken down into five pods:

My Provider

• Provides a summary of your doctor and practice information including address, phone number, and website

My Information

• Provides a summary of patient information as recorded in your electronic health record including demographics and contact information

My Account

• Provides a summary of financial transactions with the practice including current account balances and invoices

My Appointments

• Provides a summary of upcoming appointments and allows access to documents and clinical information from past visits

My Orders

• Provides a summary of product orders, their status, and delivery date

The information seen in our portal is sent securely from its storage location to your computer. At this time, the portal does not allow you to change any data but, in the future, you will be able to make and reschedule appointments, complete pre-exam information, order contact lenses, and pay bills through this portal from the convenience of your computer or web-enabled device!
