Schedule an Appointment

Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment with our office. The following screen will ask for two choices for exam date and time. In the event that your first choice is unavailable, we will utilize your second choice. Our office will then confirm the date and time of your examination by telephone or e-mail.

This system is intended for scheduling appointments two or more weeks in advance. Occasionally, we do have cancellations/reschedules that allow us to fit patients in sooner. Please call our office if you would like to check for these availabilities.
